Property & Conveyancing

The Property Law Department team consists of Iwan Tolken, Butch van Blerk, Martina Tomé, Xhoba Mbiyo, Chesna Williams all Directors; assisted by Elistea Vrey and others. We have 6 Conveyancers and 4 notaries as part of the professional team, who are further assisted by several able Conveyancing para-legals.

Our Conveyancing Department offers a wide variety of services consisting of:

• Transfer of immovable property (including estate transfers);
• Registration of Mortgage and Notarial Bonds;
• Registration and cancellation of Usufructs, servitudes and Notarial Leases;
• Subdivision and consolidation of land;
• Sectional Title and Township Development ;
• Property Sale and related Agreements;
• Advice on Property Transactions;
• Due diligence Investigations;
• Other Notarial Services and executions e.g. Certifications, Authentications and Antenuptial Contracts.

We serve on the main conveyancing panels of the five major Banks, namely ABSA, FNB, STANDARD, NEDBANK AND INVESTEC BANK. With one major objective in mind, namely to provide our clients with speedy but thorough conveyancing services. We aim to build sound and lasting relationships with our clients.
