Xhoba Mbiyo

ABOUT
Xhoba graduated at the University of the Western Cape, is an admitted Attorney of the High Courts of South Africa and an admitted Conveyancer.
He joined our Conveyancing and Commercial Law department in 2016 and was appointed as a Director of the Firm in 2018.
Having started off his career in Litigation, he retains lots of litigation experience.
Xhoba’s practice mainly focuses on various Conveyancing, Corporate and Commercial matters. Although Xhoba has experience with all client banks in our Bonds department, his main focus has been with Investec Bank Bonds and Investec Bank instructions in general. He has been working tirelessly to grow his Commercial practice and has assisted a few JSE listed companies and various SMMEs on several legal aspects such as Subscription agreements, Loan agreements, Supplier and Distributor agreements to name a few.
He has a keen interest in both local and International Tax law and is currently enrolled with Stellenbosch University, reading towards a Post Graduate Diploma in Tax.
Outside work, Xhoba is a sports and fitness enthusiast. He also serves as a Management Committee member (Non- Executive Board Member) of a registered Non-Profit Organisation in Cape Town.
