BCOM LLB - DIRECTOR
Iwan graduated at the University of Stellenbosch in 1988. He has been practising with Bill Tolken Hendrikse Inc since 1993. He is a senior Attorney and Conveyancer and currently heads up the firm’s Conveyancing and Property Law Department as well as the Commercial Department with specialised expertise in all aspects of Commercial, Property and Conveyancing matters.

LLB - Director
Xhoba graduated at the University of the Western Cape, is an admitted Attorney of the High Courts of South Africa and an admitted Conveyancer.
He joined our Conveyancing and Commercial Law department in 2016 and was appointed as a Director of the Firm in 2018.

BA LLB (CUM LAUDE) - DIRECTOR
Liezl Kritzinger graduated from the University of Stellenbosch in 1991 and joined the company in 1992. She is admitted as Attorney, Conveyancer and Notary. She left the practise in 1998 to act as company secretary and legal representative of two JSE listed companies until 2001, whereafter she joined us again.

Pieter joined the practice in 1994 and was admitted as Attorney and Conveyancer in 1996. Pieter specialises in High Court and Magistrate’s Court litigation and runs the Litigation Department with De Wet Du Plessis. He also attends to Recoveries as well as Property and Conveyancing related matters.

Inge obtained her LLB degree from the University of Stellenbosch during 2007 and was admitted as an attorney after completion of her articles in March 2010. She has gained valuable experience over the past years in the Family Law sector and has specialized in the field since she obtained her right of appearance in the High Court of South Africa, Western Cape Division. During June 2018, Inge became a director of the firm as she headed up the Family Law Department.

Martina graduated at the University of Stellenbosch and completed her final 6 months of her LLB degree at the University of Leuven in Belgium as part of an exchange programme in 2004/2005. She was admitted as Attorney, Conveyancer and Notary in February 2008 when she joined Bill Tolken Hendrikse Inc as professional Assistant to Iwan Tolken.

Chesna graduated from the University of Stellenbosch in March 2011. She joined Bill Tolken Hendrikse Inc in December 2014 as the Head of the Collections Department. Chesna was admitted as an Attorney in August 2013 and was also admitted as a Notary and Conveyancer.

Bertus obtained his BA LLB degree from the University of Stellenbosch during 1981 and has been practicing as a specialist Family Law attorney since he obtained his right of appearance in the High Court of South Africa, Western Cape division during 1984. EJ Hendrikse who previously managed the Family Law Department is now involved as a consultant and continues to support the department with his invaluable experience gained over the past 34 years.
